We have represented clients in Slovenia’s most complex antitrust matters before the national competition protection authority, national courts, European Commission and The Court of Justice of the European Union. We guide our clients through important transactions with our support in obtaining merger clearances from the national competition authority or from the European Commission. Our clients also benefit from our assistance in alleged anti-competitive investigations by the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency and EU Commission, and our presentations before these authorities as well as in proceedings for the annulment of decisions of these authorities. We also advise our clients when regulating their contractual obligations so as to be in compliance with competition law requirements.
