Ana advises on environmental law, focusing on project siting and permitting, environmental aspects of M&A transactions, and regulatory compliance. She acts for domestic and international clients across the private and public sectors, including companies in the energy, chemical and waste management industries, as well as public authorities and municipalities.
She combines strong legal analysis with a practical understanding of the technical and operational aspects of environmental regulation, allowing her to deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
Ana leads the firm’s Environmental Law practice.
