  • A foreign bank with regard to its sale of NPL portfolios in the banking and leasing subsidiary in Slovenia
  • A Slovenian bank in a sales process of majority stake in a Slovenian company, which involved an international tender procedure and multiple foreign bidders
  • A UK based (US-owned) manufacturer in an acquisition of a Slovenian manufacturing company, one of largest producers in its field
  • A US-based manufacturer in a successful acquisition of a Slovenian manufacturing company, one of largest producers in its field
  • An international banking group in an over EUR 500 million cross-border financial transaction involving synthetic transfer of reference assets from a Slovenian lender to a foreign-based SPV
  • A client in an international arbitration case with value of the dispute over EUR 500 million
