He has advised many domestic and foreign clients from, either from the private or the public sector, as well as thepublic-private partnerships (promoters, sponsors, financing and public bodies, etc.), on all aspects of infrastructural projects such as procurement, negotiation, financing, project building and operation.
Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Ljubljana in 1994, and studied the UK and EU legal systems at Kingston College, London. He participated in the “Know-How Scheme” of the British Council for the law firm Eversheds, Leeds, UK.

- Clients, engaged in a PPP project, on the construction of the largest sports complex in Slovenia
- A Client on the construction of the Slovenian highway network
- An investor in relation to defects discovered in a hospital building after the main construction company went bankrupt
- A foreign leading energy producer in entering the Slovenian energy market and dealing with the regulatory, corporate and other issues and procedures
- A Client on the reorganisation of the electricity distribution, electricity sale and trading in Slovenia
