Grega has advised many Slovene and international clients on numerous finance, M&A, general corporate/commercial and insolvency issues, including issues related to syndicated lending, securitisations, collateralisation, close-out netting, bankruptcy remoteness and similar matters. Grega has also been involved in many financial restructuring cases on either creditors or debtor’s side.

Grega joined the firm, then known as Colja, Lipovec, Rojs, in 1994as a trainee and became a partner in 1999. Grega has been an examiner at the Slovenian bar exam in the field of corporate law for more than ten years.
