Ajas Midžan

Ajas advises clients on competition, M&A and energy matters. His practice spans sophisticated merger control, antitrust compliance and related strategic considerations, together with the structuring of complex commercial arrangements and transactional work. In the energy and infrastructure sectors, Ajas supports sponsors, investors and corporates on the regulatory and contractual architecture of major projects through the key stages of the project lifecycle.
