He is a cofounder and conceptual leader of the Top-tier Legal Adriatic (TLA), which is an alliance of leading law firms from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
He has been working on all major M&A projects in Slovenia for more than twenty years and he can offer invaluable experience and insightful knowledge about the Slovenian market and European law. He has advised numerous domestic and international clients within various business sectors on major privatisation, M&A and restructuring projects, and has also acted as a bankruptcy administrator. In today’s market, he is particularly recognised by the clients and peers for his strong drive to bring every deal to completion.
