Aleš Rojs

Aleš Rojs is a cofounder of Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners and has been managing the firm since 1989, with a vision to establish a leading corporate law firm in Slovenia with high proficient team of lawyers. He is a cofounder and conceptual leader of Top-tier Legal Adriatic (TLA), founded in 2014, which is an alliance of leading law firms from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.

He has been advising numerous domestic and international clients, within various business sectors, on major privatisation projects, M&A projects, restructuring projects and has acted as a bankruptcy administrator. He has worked on all major M&A projects in Slovenia for more than twenty years and he can offer invaluable experience and insightful knowledge about the Slovenian market and European law. In today’s market, he is particularly recognized by clients and peers for his strong drive to bring every deal to completion.
