We welcome applicants with a solid legal knowledge, great communication skills and ability to think critically and systematically. We would like to hire ambitious, passionate, responsible lawyers, who are willing to take initiative, develop effective solutions and who share our core values.
You can apply at firstname.lastname@example.org. The application must include a motivation letter, CV and grades. As a starting point, the CV should note your law faculty average grade (per faculty year and overall) and grades you have achieved on subjects which may be of key interest to our firm. We will assess you not based on your grades alone but based on your achievements, values and motivation. The motivation letter should demonstrate your skills and knowledge even though you do not have any formal work experience. You should define the reasons that you believe you are suitable for this job and bring out individual assets that would contribute to the firm's success, and convince us to put you through to the interview process.
Interview questions focus on your previous experience, competences and motivation for applying. In most cases, however, the candidate would get brainteaser questions just to help management assess candidate’s problem-solving skills and ability of analytical thinking. The candidate should be genuine and familiar with firm’s work practice and should also have the opportunity to ask questions.
